COPS arrested two men at a celebration on June 16 after a suspected shooter shot dead one and injured six.
A gunshot was heard near Lake Merritt in Oakland, California, Saturday night.
A 22-year-old man was killed in a shootout and six others were shot dead and in a stable condition.
Police arrested two men and recovered two guns. NBC Bay Area Report.
Officers are trying to investigate if they were involved in the shooting.
The identity of the victim has not been revealed.

Anita Flynn was walking her dog when about 300 party attendees rushed in her direction.
She told KPIX5: “Suddenly, the people in front of me ran away from me towards the gazebo.
“And I looked back as if 300 people were running at me, so I stepped into the bush with my dog. They ran around me.
“I thought it was fireworks.”
Andrew Simpson, who was jogging in the park at the time of the attack, said people were running everywhere.
He told the East Bay Times: “I heard a gunshot. It was really fast.
“From the corner of my eyes, I saw a man with a gun pointing at the car.
“Everyone sprinted and started screaming. They were screaming,” We are being shot! ”
“I wasn’t sure what was going on. Hundreds of people were running. People were jumping into the car and running away.”
Auckland councilor Lauren Taylor called the shooting “a tragic and horrific loss of life.”
